3. Document Processing & AI Training
How document processing works:
- Documents you submit are analyzed by our proprietary Contract Intelligence Engine
- Core analysis (500+ rules) runs locally - no external transmission required
- Optional AI enhancement uses Anthropic's Claude API with enterprise data protections
- Documents are processed in real-time and deleted immediately after analysis
- Analysis results are returned to you immediately
🚫 We NEVER Use Your Data for AI Training:
- Your contracts are NOT used to train or improve any AI models
- Your data is NOT sold or shared with third parties for training purposes
- We have contractual agreements with our AI providers prohibiting training on your data
- This is a key differentiator from ChatGPT, Gemini, and other consumer AI tools
Enterprise-Grade Privacy: Our processing architecture is designed for legal and compliance-sensitive documents. Your confidential contracts never leave your session and are not retained in any database.
