Agent Workflow Launch Checklist for SMB Teams

Use this checklist when launching any DataWeaveAI product so your team actually adopts it and your ad spend converts into retained usage.

7) Expand to the next adjacent workflow

After first workflow stabilizes, add one adjacent workflow from the same category. This keeps change management manageable while increasing ROI.
