Agent Workflow Launch Checklist for SMB Teams
Use this checklist when launching any DataWeaveAI product so your team actually adopts it and your ad spend converts into retained usage.
1) Define one workflow owner
Assign one person to own the workflow and final output quality. AI tools should reduce chaos, not spread responsibility across everyone.
2) Define your “done” output format
Write one sentence for what “done” means. Example: “Client-ready PDF report emailed same day,” or “redacted JSON returned in schema format.”
3) Choose buying path
- Use individual checkout for single-workflow adoption.
- Use SMB bundle if multiple teams will share tools and credits.
4) Run a pilot before full rollout
5) Close onboarding gaps fast
If users stall, the issue is usually access or clarity. Fix these first:
- Account activation and permissions
- Where to submit input (form/API/upload)
- Where output appears and how it is shared
6) Build daily usage cadence
Create a simple cadence: morning queue, mid-day QA, end-of-day completion metric. AI value compounds with repetition, not one-time testing.
7) Expand to the next adjacent workflow
After first workflow stabilizes, add one adjacent workflow from the same category. This keeps change management manageable while increasing ROI.
Use the DataWeaveAI portal to route your next workflow and launch faster with less technical overhead.
